Meet Our Head of School

Hi! My name is Tiffany Sheppard, and I’m your Head of School at Little Oaks Montessori Academy. I graduated from Ferrum College with a degree in Social Work. Professionally, I began as an assistant teacher and was soon promoted to dual roles in leadership and as a lead teacher. Discovering the Montessori method transformed her professional path, and she has been dedicated to it ever since.

As the Head of School at Little Oaks Montessori Academy Academy, I find joy in supporting children and families daily. I love integrating my personal talents and hobbies, such as crafting, gardening, cooking, music, and art, into her classrooms. I aim to help as many children as possible unlock their potential, empowering them to grow and change the world.
